NoVa Open Week 4 – Friday


Smarter – and WOD #3 was very educational.
WOD – one more rest day, then GO time!

Desk Mobility
2 min per side – lax ball mash of triceps near elbow
2 min per side – lax ball mash calf
Sleep: 9:00pm – 5:30am. Solid until the alarm went off at 4:40. Hit snooze. Best night’s sleep in a long while.
Stress: Medium. Teaching and meetings.
Fish Oil: none

Breakfast: Starbucks caramel macchiato

Lunch 1: ground beef with onions, sparkling water.

Lunch 2: grilled tuna, spinach, kimchi, sparkling grape juice, sparkling water

Dinner (Haan Phun): glass wine, crabmeat omelet, rice

Hockey: water

Overall low key day. Went to hockey – but cut short to try to get some sleep.
