Bagged the metcon. Decided to do squat form and breathing today. I’m having a tough time staying “tight” in the squat. Figured this was a good day to practice.

Sleep: 9:00pm – 12:00am, 12:15am – 6:00am with lots of snooze bar pounding between 5am and 6am
Stress: Medium. Drove around a lot. Nice to spend time with Mom.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Food

Breakfast: coconut water, tea with milk and maple, beef with garden greens and blue cheese

Lunch (the original pancake house): spinach crepes

Dinner: meatloaf, potatoes
