Hooray K-Star! The badly needed exertional headache mobility WOD!

Pre-WOD
Double-unders: best 34. Also a bunch of 9s

Every minute, 10 minutes
4 35# power snatch
4 hollow rock
2 strict ring dips – 1-6 no band. rest minute 7. 8-10, blue band and 4 ring dips

Mobility – hamstrings and itbs. Ow.

WOD
4 rounds
15 DB swings 35# – these felt much easier than anticipated when I picked up the dumbbell. Probably could have gone to 40#
30 16″ box jumps (worked on cycling – best 10)
200 m row (done at 2:10-2:15 pace)
rest 1:15ish. Did it on the evens so I could keep track of splits. Essentially gave myself 4 minutes per round.

Round 1 – 2:45
Round 2 – 2:47
Round 3 – 2:42
Round 4 – 2:43
Total – 14:43. Went at a mellow pace. Happy with the times.

Stress: Medium Low. Communications abilities sucky today.

Lunch: grilled chicken with fennel and onions, sparkling water

I cannot believe how not hungry I have been for the past 4 days. This is uncool.
