NoVa Open Week 5 – Wednesday

WOD – rest day. Doing WOD 5 on Thursday!

Desk mobility
– 1 min per side lax ball elbow/trap
– 3 min per side lax ball foot
– 2 min per side lax ball glue/ham mash

Evening WOD – gardening. Amazed I am now actually getting edibles out of my garden
Sleep: 10:30pm – 5:45am. Lay in bed between 5:00am – 5:45am. Didn’t really sleep
Stress: Medium Low. Essentially out of the office for 3 weeks after today. Lots of information gathering.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Breakfast: tea with milk and maple, cocoa cappuccino, carrots, grilled tuna

Lunch (Ray’s Hell Burger): Bonecatcher, no bun., water

Dinner: greens and radishes (from my garden), beef, sparkling water

Still not hungry. ugh.

    I’m doing wod 5 tonight also. Good luck. I think this ones gonna burn my lungs. What’s in your garden? Im jealous that you have edibles already. I haven’t even tilled the soil yet. It’s been cold here in pa.

    • Baby greens and baby radishes. We got some lucky warm streaks. Good luck tonight. I’m thinking the 100# power cleans may be the limiting factor with those evil wallballs a close 2nd.
