NoVa Open Week 5 – The Rest Days


WOD – Dr. Andy

Lots of shoulder work. Looks like only the capsule is a bit swollen. Nothing a few days off and some fish oil won’t take care of

Sleep: 9:00am – 6:45am. Time checks at 11:59, 3:36, 6:02
Stress: Low.
Fish Oil: 4 caps

Breakfast: tea with milk and sugar, grilled red pepper omelet

Lunch: grilled turkey with cabbage and mustard, water

Dinner: Pasta and meat sauce and asparagus, water

Will be going off line for Saturday and Sunday.
No workouts, just driving and attending a wedding.
Taking a vacation from being an athlete.
