Breakfast: coffee with half and half + honey, Fruit and nut Kind bar.

Lunch: salmon with spinach, water

Snack 1: coffee with half and half + sugar

Snack 2: grilled beef, carrots, water

Dinner: shrimp with garlic and spinach, water

Dessert: chocolate ice cream and a chocolate chip cookie, water
