Sleep: 9:30pm – 7:00am. Up and about around 3:30am re-upping the Musinex
Stress: Low (finally). Paid Bills.

Breakfast / Post-workout: MetRx shake with coconut water, cocoa, flax seed and greens plus

Lunch: grass fed minute steaks with ramps, roasted red pepper and Penzey’s Northwest Fire seasoning. Sparkling water.

Dinner: cider braised sausage with sage and sauerkraut. Sparkling water. Apple cider. Coconut water

7 planned days off.
Considering I am recuperating from the upper respiratory crud, I was really happy with this workout.
