Stress: Medium. Didn’t get the work done I actually wanted to. Couldn’t focus.

Food

Breakfast: smoked trout, coffee with milk and honey

Lunch 1: ground beef with taco seasoning, water

Lunch 2: Chicken with capers and tomatoes, greens, water

Snack: coffee with milk and honey, Planters fruit and nut trail mix (no candy, just dried fruit and nuts. Not the Skittles I wanted, but a nutritional improvement).

Dinner: chicken breast with garlic scapes, 2 scoop hot fudge sundae (well worth it), water.
