Really happy with this. First set of 21 deadlifts unbroken. 2nd set 5/5/5. 3rd set 3/3/3. Weight just right. Maintained good form on all reps.

Breakfast: shellfish and onion omelet, tea with milk and honey

Post-workout: chocolate protein shake with greens plus.

Lunch: grilled salmon with greens, sparkling water

Dinner: skirt steak, grilled fennel, water, green tea, chocolate chip cookie

Workout, a bit of freelance work (finished ahead of schedule), lots of reading and writing. Most relaxing and least stressful day in a very long time.
