Brian PCF and I had a chance to chat. Front squats are a bit too light. He’s going to make a modification to the plan.
We are also going to work this for a few cycles (maybe 6?). Now that we know that Monday and Thursday don’t take as much time, we may incorporate a gymnastics element on those days. I’ll let him stew on that for a bit.
Sleep: 10:30pm – 4:40am. Had to stay up to watch Game 7 of the Stanley Cup. Congrats Bruins. You all were definitely the better team this series.
Stress: Medium High.

Breakfast: Starbucks caramel macchiato. Yup – that was a healthy start

Lunch (Aroma): vegetarian thali platter with saag paneer, chickpeas, naan and rice. Water.

Snack: coconut water, flank steak with chipotle tabasco sauce, Reeses Pieces, coffee with almond milk and honey.

Dinner: beef-stuffed bell peppers, mint chocolate chip ice cream, water

Start of freshman orientation season where I spend one morning a week comforting parents. Nutritionally – started the morning badly. Continued badly. Just been fighting a nasty carb addiction the past couple of months. It may be time to do something about this.
