All moves felt solid

Really productive session
Sleep: 9:30pm – 3:30am. Solid, but wide awake at 3:30am and had to get out of bed. Seems quite warm in the house this morning.
Stress: Medium High. Not entirely certain why. Just one of those days.
Fish Oil: 3 caps
Alcohol (4/23): zero
Pre-workout: tea with milk and honey

Breakfast: smoked trout, hb eggs, coffee with almond milk and honey

Snack: carrots, apple pie with whipped cream, sparkling water

Lunch: cranberry almond kind bar. endive, fennel and snow pea salad with orange vinaigrette, sparkling water

Dinner: grilled lemon marinated chicken thighs, grilled leeks, roast tomatoes and garlic stuffed olives, water

Hit some sort of wall around 11:30 this morning. Just tired. Never quite recovered.
