3 L-pullups (knees, 4 rounds) / 3 handstand pushups (abmat, 3 rounds)

Split jerk

Front Squat

Practiced form. Best part about this workout – the conversations.
Sleep: 8:15pm – 4:45am. Seemed solid, but still woke up tired and headachy
Stress: Medium. Not in a bad mood, or good mood. Just blah and getting some stuff done.
Fish Oil: 3 caps
Alcohol (4/23): zero

Breakfast: coffee with almond milk and honey, oatmeal with raisins, walnuts and brown sugar, almond and coconut kind bar

Snack: carrots with pimento cheese (not as tasty a combination as I would have liked), tomatoes with olives, coffee with almond milk and honey

Lunch: green curry shrimp with spinach and onions, coconut water, sparkling water

Dinner: kimchi beef stew, whole wheat tortilla, water, berry protein shake with greens +

Nutritionally, a mediocre day. Overall – just blah.
