Sleep: 8:15pm – 10:15pm, 11:15pm – 4:45am. Too much caffeine the day before. Sleep has been real sketchy the past couple of days.
Stress: Medium. Normal day at work
Fish Oil: 3 caps
Alcohol (4/23): zero

Food

Breakfast (Devon & Blakely): oatmeal, coffee with almond milk and honey

Snack: carrots, mahi mahi, homegrown cherry tomatoes, sparkling water

Lunch: roast pork tenderloin, greens, sparkling water

Snack: skittles. Pattern: having huge carb need/crash around 2pm. This tells me that a) I am not eating enough earlier in the day and b) I need to have better snacks in my desk.

Dinner: grilled lamb chops, sweet potatoes, water

Right shoulder really sore throughout the day. I am going to take my rest day tomorrow (just as well since the SO needs the car early) and mobilize it out over the next couple of days.
