Power Cleans
35(3)- 55(3) – 75(3) – 95 (3-3-3-3-3)
Takeaway – I can comfortably do 95# cleans.

AMRAP 8 minutes
12 55# ground to overhead
30 double-unders
3 + 6. Rx.

First round was unbroken power snatches.
Rest were clean and jerks.
Double-unders only broken 2-3 times.
Surprised that the slowdown was with the weight vs. the double-unders. Oh well – it was Rx. I’ll take it.
