WOD
3 rounds – 4 handstand touch, 2 per side
This consists of a handstand facing the wall (not my favorite thing), then touching your shoulder.
At least I know I can do this.

Snatch

Deadlift
65(3) – 105(3) – 135(3) – 155 (3-3-3-3)
