My body confused Push Press with Push Jerk until Brian PCF pointed out that I was doing the wrong move. Duh.

Deadlift
67.5(5) – 85(5) – 125(5) – 140(5) – 160(12 – drop from top)
Left some in the tank because that seemed like a good idea.

EMOTM 8 min
3 False Grip Ring pullup. Dropped to 2 after 5 rounds.
Need to focus more on tits to bar. More range of motion = better.

Overall – workout felt OK. Went to the doctor on Tuesday. No evil degenerative nervous disorder (yay). Getting bloodwork done now. Positive = sick. Negative = head case. Neither would be news.
