Seeing the Rope
The Complete Guide to Snapping…Out of It

Visited the 0930 this morning. Ran into Angel, a friend outside the gym. I had no idea she started CrossFit.
It was also really nice to catch up with Matt Q again.
And not have to fight for space 🙂

Pre-WOD

redline system check (ugh)

4 rounds
6 overhead lunges (2 rounds 12# / 2 rounds 35#)
3 power clean push jerk (2 rounds 12# / 2 rounds 35#)
2 banded muscle-ups with 2 orange bands – these went well. Focused on tight positioning.

+ 1 more round 2 banded muscle ups.

WOD
Power Clean Push Jerk
65(2) – 85(2) – 100 (2-2-2-2-2)
These went shockingly well. Nice to be able to confidently throw 100# from ground to overhead.

Back Squat
85(5) – 105(5) – 120 (5-5-5)
These went OK. Good depth. A little lightheaded on the last set of back squats

3 rounds
10 10# reverse hypers
10 GHD situps – equilibrium not real fond of these.
