These still exhaust me much faster than I think they are supposed to. And that makes me sad.
On the positive side – it is at least more double-unders than I have successfully done in a month.

3 low chest to bar ring pullups
Spent a little too much time puttering and yapping vs. warming up.

Front Squat
65(5) – 95(5) – 110 (5-5-5)
That 5th rep at 110# felt heavy. Last 2 sets I was not entirely certain I was going to stand it up.
