3 35# push jerks
3 35# back squats
3 v-situps
Lawyer stretch or forearm stretch for rest of minute.
Right arm and shoulder bothering me today. Decided to forgo the gymnastics work.

WOD
Power Clean Push Jerk
65(2) – 85(2) – 100 (2), 100 (1, f-jerk), 100(f-jerk), 90 (2-2-2)

Back Squat
85(5) – 105(5) – 115(5) – 125(3) – 120 (5-5)
125 – could do 3 good depth, failed on 4th because I let myself collapse.
Dropped back to 120 – all done with good ROM and decent speed.

Did not sleep particularly well this past week and it is catching up to me. Time to pull out the allergy meds.
Oh yeah – and left my notebook and water bottle at the box. Duh.
Will try again tomorrow.
