Pre-WOD

7 rounds
3 12# clean pull (might as well get some form practice in)
3 situps
3 air squats

WOD
Front Squat using crossed arms.
35(3) – 65(3) – 85(3-3-3-3-3)
I hate the way the bar sits at my neck. It makes me really anxious.
On the bright side – this position forces me to be more upright.

AMRAP 10 minutes
4 24″ box jumps
8 situps
12 15# db lunges
6 rounds
VERY happy with this – especially the box jumps.
