Off to the Dr. today to see what I am allowed to do and how I should rehab this right arm.
Bah.

On the bright side: it’s nice to sorta kinda participate with the crew again. Getting tired of being “special.”

Pre-WOD
5 min double-unders (these did not go well)

5ish rounds
3 air squats
3 hip raises
dynamic leg mobility

WOD
600 m run
20 double-unders (this round was a mess)
10 toes-to-bar
400 m run
20 double-unders (1 break at 15 and had a real tough time getting the last 5)
10 toes-to-bar
200m run
20 double-unders (1 break at 17)
10 toes-to-bar
13:15

Running = slow. 1st run in a WOD since last summer.
Double-unders = overdue for a sacrifice to the jump rope fairy
Toes-to-bar = working on the Chris Speller technique so I’m not swinging so danged much. Seemed to go ok.
