Most of the time I could only get 2. This did not bode well for the WOD

Overhead squat felt very unbalanced today. Having a tough time keeping the weight on my heels. Low back a tad loose after the deadlifts.
Finally managed to get the last set of single-unders unbroken.
Post-WOD workout – 18 holes of golf at Renditions. Hooray!
